Product Availability 

All products are subject to availability. We try to keep all of our products in stock but as everything is handmade, this is not always possible. We will let you know about any possible delays in your order as soon as possible. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight you are ordering as well as its destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times 

Delivery times depend on where the product is being shipped to. If the stated delivery time is exceeded, please contact us and we will look into the issue.

Dispatch Time

We will try our best to ship your order within 2 days of receiving payment. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or holidays. Once your item is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Editing or cancelling your order

 If you need to change your shipping details or cancel your order, you can contact us before the item is dispatched. We will do our best to complete your request but please be careful when placing your order as this is not always guaranteed

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find that your parcel has been damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact us as soon as possible

 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may need to be paid on arrival in your country. This varies by country and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs in advance.
